Agricultural Farming Project in Japan
[Project Overview] Launched in 2005, this project is located in Minamisaku District, Nagano Prefecture—the heart of Japan’s highland vegetable production region—and primarily cultivates seasonal vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, lettuce, and cabbage. Interns are responsible for the entire production process, from seedling cultivation and planting to harvesting, field cleanup, and shipping, with the harvested vegetables distributed nationwide across Japan.
