China Shenyang International Economic & Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd. (CSYIC) is a state-owned enterprise established in 1984 with the approval of the State Council of the People‘s Republic of China. With a registered capital of RMB 50 million, the Company is affiliated with Shenyang City Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd.. 

CSYIC is primarily engaged in implementation of China-Aid projects, international & domestic contracted engineering, overseas labor service, international project services, and international trade. The Company holds the qualifications for implementing China-Aid technical assistance projects and overseas labor service cooperation, as well as Grade I general contracting qualifications in housing construction, municipal engineering, and mechanical & electrical installation, and Grade I specialized contracting qualifications in building decoration and finishing, and electronics and intelligent systems. Additionally, the Company holds Grade II specialized contracting qualifications in steel structure and urban and road lighting, a Grade III qualification for the installation and repair of power facilities, and a Medical Device Operation Permit. CSYIC has been certified under the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) , Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) , and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001).

At present, CSYIC has established multiple overseas branches and project management teams in Papua New Guinea, Cameroon, Comoros, Seychelles, Togo, Equatorial Guinea, Japan, South Korea, and Australia. All the employees are engineering technical and management personnel, meanwhile with a talent pool proficient in English, French, Japanese, Korean and other languages.
