Multi-functional Club Project of National Tax Association in Cameroon
[Project Overview] The project is located in the NSIMALEN area of Yaoundé, Cameroon, with a contract value of approximately RMB 22.85 million. It involves the construction of a multi-functional club for the State Administration of Taxation, with our company responsible for the hotel, perimeter wall, guard booths, and swimming pools. The hotel has a gross floor area of about 3,000 square meters, comprising one basement level and three above-ground floors, along with three配套 guard booths, approximately 1,800 meters of perimeter wall, and one adult pool and one children’s pool.
项目位于喀麦隆雅温得市NSIMALEN区域，项目合同额约2,285万元。为国家税务总局建设一座多功能俱乐部，我司负责承建俱乐部酒店、围墙、岗亭及游泳池部分。其中酒店建筑面积约3,000㎡，地下一层，地上三层，配套岗亭3个，围墙约1,800m，成人泳池及儿童泳池各一个。
