The project covers an area of 169,062.33 square meters, with building area of 398613.56 square meters, totaling 4318 households. It is funded by Baita Street Office of Hunnan District of Shenyang (the Management Committee of Shenyang National University Science and Technology City) and Shenyang Wanrun New Town Investment Management Co., Ltd. Shenyang Jiantai Real Estate Co., Ltd. is entrusted with the whole process management. The project which started construction in June 2011 by CSYIC was completed and put into use in May 2013.
