[Project Overview] The project has a total construction area of approximately 18,000 square meters and a contract value of about RMB 230 million. Scope of work includes civil engineering, interior decoration and fit-out, plumbing and drainage systems, power and low-voltage electrical installations, as well as the construction of on-site utility networks and roadways. Upon completion of the expansion, the Tulip Hotel will be comprehensively upgraded into a high-end integrated complex that combines business hospitality, conference and exhibition services, and leisure and resort amenities, thereby significantly enhancing the international service standards of the Comoros’ tourism industry.
