CSYIC Successfully Signs Agreement for the Construction of 50 Villas under the Comoros 2027 Indian Ocean Islands Games Athletes’ Village Project

Recently CSYIC officially signed the construction agreement for the first package of the Comoros 2027 Indian Ocean Islands Games Athletes’ Village Project.
As a key accommodation facility supporting the 2027 Indian Ocean Island Games, the first package includes the construction of 50 detached villas. The scope of work covers the building structures, interior finishing, plumbing and drainage systems, and electrical works, together with supporting facilities including perimeter walls and entrance gates, garages, leisure terraces and outdoor paving. The project also includes the construction of internal roads and connections to the municipal utility networks.
